The Federation Council wants to apply to the justice Ministry, the interior Ministry and the Prosecutor General's office initiative to make "Patriotic stop list" for foreign non-profit organizations working in harm to interests of Russia. An appeal to the Ministry will be considered by the senators at the plenary meeting on 8 July.

The head of the international Department of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev said that in many countries the already established "Iraqi" or "Yugoslav" scenario occurs interference in social life of the Inhabitants in order to change the legitimate government loyal to himself.
