The Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine begins the search for investors for the sale of state-owned factories of the coal industry, said in a press-service of the Ministry reported on Wednesday.

first it was claimed that the Ministry of energy of Ukraine wants this year to be deprived of government support 35 mines.

Privatization of state-owned mines, a Large number of which are unprofitable at today, is to attract private investment for the development of mines due to financial resources, new technologies of production and management ", - is informed in the report.

As noted, assistance in finding potential investors for coal plants will be undertaken by the consultants of the Ministry of energy of Ukraine - the organization Ernst and Young and Deloitte.

Ukraine due to the conflict in the Donbass lost the vast number of mines. On beyond the control of Kiev remained the most profitable mines, and companies, remaining under the control of the Ukrainian authorities, mined unprofitable gas coals. Most of these plants unprofitable, the government has no money for their maintenance.
