A Memorandum of credit to the EU for Ukraine aims to Poroshenko signed
The draft law on ratification of the Memorandum with the European Union, which provides for the granting Ukraine a loan of 1, 8 billion euros, sent on Thursday signed by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, informs the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

The EU and Ukraine within the framework of the Riga summit of the Eastern partnership in may signed the statement of understanding on the allocation of the EU approved before the 3rd package of macro-financial assistance to the country worth up to 1, 8 billion euros. Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Artem Shevelev reported that the Memorandum provides for the allocation of funds in three tranches of ? 600 million. According to Poroshenko, the money is not going to conduct special operations in the Donbass.

The interest rate of borrowing for a period of 10-15 years is projected at 2% per annum, but will be updated after publication of the European Commission, having the highest credit chart (AAA), the external borrowing market.
