"We have reached the conclusion, where there is technical advice. We are ready for tomorrow (Friday) meeting of the constitutional Commission, which will discuss the draft changes to the Constitution and conclusion of the Venice Commission and we are ready to send the changes to the President (Petro Poroshenko), " said the Parliament Speaker.

Groisman also expressed hope that the Commission on the last working day of the week will have the opportunity to approve the draft changes." Groisman last week said that one of the working groups within the Commission drafted amendments to the Constitution in the part of the decentralization reforms, which include a three-tier system of local government.
