Kovalchuk: elections in Ukraine in the performance of a number of requirements
The elections in the Donbas can only be subject to the fulfillment of requirements of the law on the special status of Donbass, said 1st Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Vitaliy Kovalchuk on the first day weekend in the conversation.
