Poroshenko: parliamentary-presidential form of optimal for Ukraine
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes a parliamentary-presidential form of government best for Ukraine And does not want to ask more authority.

After the change of power in Ukraine in February of last year, the Ukrainian Parliament had restored the Constitution in edition of 2004, returning to a parliamentary-presidential Republic.

He also said again that the reform of the Constitution which provides for the decentralization of power, has nothing to federalization.

"Decentralization does not mean weakening the Central government in such matters as defence, foreign policy, national security, rule of law, respect for civil rights And freedoms. And this fix is not in the Constitution has nothing to do with federalization, " said Poroshenko.

The constitutional Commission on the last working day of the week approved the draft changes to the Constitution to decentralize power And referred the text to the President. Poroshenko has promised to examine the proposed changes And the upcoming week to submit them to Parliament.
