The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov disbanded the state traffic Inspectorate of the Nikolaev area from-for bribery, more than 300 workers removed from the staff, said the press service of the interior Ministry.

Wednesday with the dawn Avakov urgently arrived to Nikolaev to sort out the situation with the corruption of the local police.

"The interior Minister said that the change of management of GAI of nikolayevshchina, which was held in may this year after the inspection team of the Central apparatus of the interior Ministry, the circumstances with bribery on the roads is not affected. For this reason, there was made a conclusion about the disbanding of divisions of GAI in the Nikolaev area ", - stated in the Ministry.

Employees of GAI of the Nikolaev area will undergo a recertification process, after which, in the absence of observations, will be able to continue to serve in the militia. According to Avakov, over time, the traffic police Department will gradually replace the staff of the new patrol service. The 4th of July, the Employees will take to the streets of Kiev, and after 3 months on the streets of Kharkiv, Odessa and Lviv.
