The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said on Wednesday before the end of the day will submit to Parliament the draft changes to the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of decentralization.

"I today until the end of the day without any change, I dream, will execute a bill today and it will be sent to the Verkhovna Rada ", - said Poroshenko.

the head also said that according to the polls, " the overwhelming number of Ukrainians fundamentally reject the idea of federalism and advocated a unitary system in Ukraine with a decentralized political system."

The constitutional Commission last week approved the draft changes to the Constitution in terms of decentralization.
