The Netherlands has confirmed plans to make international court of MH17
The Prime Minister of the Netherlands confirmed the plans of the authorities on the establishment of the international Tribunal in order to detect and condemn the perpetrators of the collapse of the liner Malaysia Airlines in Eastern Ukraine.

"Sanctioned by the UN court is the best method to punish the perpetrators of the MH17 tragedy, because it is the best chance to bring them to court ", - quotes the message of the Prime Minister.

first of media stated that the Dutch government conducts dialogues with other countries on the possibility of creating an international Tribunal for the maintenance of justice for the deaths of the liner. Recently it was announced that Malaysia will present a draft decision by the Tribunal to the UN security Council.

The Minister of transport of Malaysia, Liow Tiong Lai said that Malaysia supported the proposal to create a UN-sponsored international Tribunal to expedite the investigation into the cause of the crash in Eastern Ukraine Boeing Malaysia Airlines and reward the guilty. Now, according to his statement, the question of the formation of such a Tribunal is under discussion.

Flight MH17, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. In the cabin there were 298 people, most of them Dutch citizens. All of them lost his life. Kiev has been charged in the crash militias, but they told that does not have the means that would shoot down aircraft at this altitude. In September the Netherlands has published a preliminary report about the crash, confirming that the plane broke up in flight due to structural damage caused by external impact of multiple high-energy objects ". However, the source of these objects has not been established. On July 21 of last year, the UN security Council asked in a persistent form to conduct a full and independent investigation.

Final conclusions, the experts, will be announced in October. The team of investigators under the leadership of the Security Council of the Netherlands include Authorized Ukraine, Malaysia, Australia, Russia, USA and UK.
