Kiev guarantee the transit of gas at the conclusion of tripartite agreements with the Russian Federation and the European Commission at last year's conditions, said Tuesday the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"We guarantee the transit of gas, We guarantee energy security, and to ensure that these safeguards worked, we need a trilateral Protocol and the bilateral Treaty," said the Prime Minister during the meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of energy.

"we have a joint position with the EU: the signing of a tripartite Protocol and the signing of a Supplement to the gas agreement in the same format as last year," he added.
