The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made the initiative to denounce the agreement with Russia on the completion of Khmelnitsky NPP
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposes the Verkhovna Rada to immediately denounce the agreement with Russia on the completion of the 3rd and 4th units at Khmelnitsky NPP, said Wednesday at a meeting of the Cabinet of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

Yatsenyuk said that the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision to denounce the Treaty " in connection with the failure to perform obligations by the Russian Federation, which She took, according to the agreement ". In February 2011, Energoatom and Russia's Atomstroyexport signed a contract agreement on the development of the design of reactor units VVER-1000 V-392 and supply reactor equipment for future units.
