On 3 July it was announced that the European Bank for restoration and development (EBRD) plans to invest in 2015 to about $ 1 billion in the Ukrainian economy, as well as among them, in the gas sector, subject to the implementation of Kiev reforms. On 25 June to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko was presented with a draft law on ratification of the Memorandum, according to which the EU will give Kiev more 1, 8 billion euros in credit. At the same time, the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine is not able to afford to pay for servicing the debt, accumulated over three years.
