The arbitration Court of Sevastopol has appointed accountancy examination at the suit of the Moscow NGO "Fund of protection of depositors" to recover from PJSC "State savings Bank of Ukraine" (Oschadbank) 4, 5 billion rubles debt on Bank Deposit agreements, according to a court ruling.

This Fund was created in April 2014 after the Crimea became a Russian region, and a number of Ukrainian credit institutions did not want to pay funds deposited in the accounts of the Crimean Inhabitants. The Fund paid the Crimeans compensation, they were ceded to him the right to claim the Deposit. Now the Fund collects these funds from credit institutions, where they were placed.

The court ordered the examination of LLC "real estate Expertise" Trading-industrial chamber of the Russian Federation. The period of the examination is 3 to 5 months from the date of receipt by the specialists of the necessary documents, but not later than December 1, 2015.

The court in March upheld the petition of the Fund for the seizure of property of the Bank in the amount of 4, 5 billion. Arbitration has imposed a lien on the property of the Bank within the Republic of the Crimea and city of Sevastopol on the territory of the declared amount of the claim.
