Ulyukayev believes low legal term for a claim of Oschadbank to RF

UFA, 10 Jul - RIA Novosti/Prime. The head of the Ministry of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev believes that the claim of the Ukrainian banks to Russia due to the annexation of Crimea and other similar claims low minimum legal perspective.

first Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said about filing the state Oschadbank lawsuit against Russia in the amount of about fifteen billion hryvnias (0, 7 billion) for damages and losses incurred from the illegal annexation of Crimea.

Crimea and Sevastopol became the Russian regions after the 16 March 2014 referendum in which the overwhelming majority of voters voted for reunification with Russia. In the Russian capital said that the referendum in Crimea complies with international law and the UN Charter. Kiev still considers Crimea as part of Ukraine.
