The General Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment concerning the former first Deputy head of the national Bank of Ukraine and former Chairman of the Board of PJSC " Agrarian Fund ", said on the last working day of the week, the press service of the Ministry.

before the Prosecutor General's office stated, in February 2014 Boris Prikhodko, the post of Deputy head of the national Bank prior agreement with the Chairman of the Board of PJSC "Agrarian Fund" Alexander Kiruka and the head of Supervisory Board of PJSC "BROKBUSINESSBANK" Denys Bugay, took control of the means of the state Agrarian Fund of $ 2, 069 billion hryvnia (about $ 92 million).

"Sent to the court indictment concerning the former first Deputy head of the National Bank of Ukraine and former head of the Board of PJSC "Agrarian Fund" on charges of taking possession of unauthorized property in especially large sizes on preliminary arrangement by group of persons through abuse of official position ", - is informed in the report of the Prosecutor General.

according to the Ministry, Agrarian Fund funds blocked in the interests of the national Bank of Ukraine.

The sanction of article, which is imputed to these persons, prescribes punishment in the form of punishment for the term up to 12 years.
