Among the transferred prisoners of war Ukrainian security forces was a 16 year old teenager, told reporters authorized self-proclaimed Luhansk people's Republic on exchange of prisoners Olga Kobzeva.

"the overwhelming number of those prisoners, which we passed, were military APU, and also exchanged the woman who engaged in sabotage work. We passed the militia and the people who were involved in the events in the Donbas. Among them was 16-year - old teenager, " she said.

Kobzeva said that the teenager was charged with separatism.

The young man told reporters that he was arrested by the SBU employees and a few months he was in jail.
