Artificial conflict in Ukraine was favorable to someone to "fix things in their own European home" and the US needed the Association of the EU with Ukraine and the possibility to endlessly inflate the image of Russia as the enemy, to take under the supervision of the EU economy, said state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin.

"I think that, having started in the winter of 2014 Artificial conflict at our borders, someone counted so to improve things in their own European home," writes Naryshkin in his column published.

"Red herrings" in the form of Association of the EU with Ukraine and the possibility of an infinitely long time to inflate the image of Russia as the enemy were necessary, and the States in time to take under observation have not collapsed the economy of the European Union, " stressed the MP.
