Vice-President of the USA Joe Biden tried to convince the Ukrainian authorities to carry out real reforms in the battle against illegal activities of officials that is necessary for successful economic development of the country.

"It can't just be a reform on paper. They must be tangible for entrepreneurs, civil society and ordinary people on the street who should be working. Most importantly, Ukraine needs to fight corruption, which not provides to apply huge human potential of the country, " Biden said.

He clarified, because This is a topic almost always comes up in the dialogue of the USA and Ukraine.
