Si-EN-EN: final report on MH17 blame for the tragedy lay in the militia
Broadcaster citing a source who has seen the Draft final report by Dutch investigators, said that the blame for the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing in Ukraine will lay on the militia and airline.

The final report of the security Council of the Netherlands on the causes of the disaster will be placed in the first part of October 2015. First drafts of the final report were provided to the States parties of the international investigation, and now they have sixty days to provide explanation to this report.

The draft final report consists of several hundred pages, reports the channel. According to one source channel, the report specified the exact type of missile that shot down MH17, and its trajectory.

Another source told the channel that the report gives a minute-by-minute transcript of events in the cabin. The same source told the channel that the report indicates the place where a missile was launched and who controlled this area, and blamed on militias.

Flight MH17, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. In the cabin there were 298 people, most of them Dutch citizens. All of them lost his life.
