Poroshenko will visit Parliament to discuss changes to the Constitution
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Thursday to take part in the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, which is expected to consider the draft changes to the Constitution on decentralization, informs the press service of the head of the country.

yesterday Poroshenko submitted to the Parliament a revised draft of changes to the basic law, in congruence with the norm establishing a procedure for local government beyond the control of Kiev districts of the Donbas included in the text of the Constitution in the transitional provisions. Proposed amendments to the Constitution provide that the special status of Donbass will be determined by a separate legislative act.
