Discussion of the changes in the draft Constitution of Ukraine on decentralization and the granting of the special status of Donbass has grown into a musical battle between Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and the leader of the faction of the Radical party of Ukraine Oleg Lyashko.

Speaking from the podium, Lyashko began to appeal to the patriotism of parliamentarians and moved on to the national anthem. Singing the opening lines, the people's Deputy looked at Peter Poroshenko and started conducting his hands, waiting for the reaction of the President.
