Poroshenko: Kiev will lose the support of the West, if not change the Constitution
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that if Ukraine's Parliament will not support its proposed draft changes to the Constitution on decentralization, Kiev will have no support from international partners.

yesterday Poroshenko submitted to the Parliament a revised draft of changes to the Basic law Under which the rule establishing a procedure for local government beyond the control of Kiev districts of the Donbas included in the text of the Constitution in the transitional provisions. Ukrainian media had previously expressed the opinion that this value could fall to the project change under pressure from the EU and the USA.
