Ukraine is sabotaging the Minsk peace process, said the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic Alexander Zakharchenko.

"Ukraine just sabotages and formalitie process of the Minsk agreements ", - he told reporters.

Plenipotentiary representative of the DND in Minsk Denis Pushilin added that the documents that were considered in the Verkhovna Rada concerning the breakaway republics, have no relation to the Minsk process.

"What happened in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, has no relation to the Minsk agreements," he said.
