Acting head of OSCE, the foreign Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic believes that to resolve the confrontation in the Donbass can be only through the implementation of the Minsk agreements, reports Agency.

"All Minsk consensus must be performed, and the only way we can resolve the confrontation. You cannot perform only some specific positions of these agreements, they are obliged to act only together, " Dacic said at a press conference in Kiev.

according to him, the heavy weapons required to be allotted and observers of the OSCE mission must have access to all areas. Dacic also pointed the importance of holding local elections under the close supervision of the OSCE.
