The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in conversation with the leaders of Ukraine, Germany and France on the last working day of the week in the evening again called critical to the resolution of the conflict situation in the Donbass direct dialogue between Kiev and authorized Donetsk and Lugansk, as well as among them in a contact group.

This 1st April quadrilateral conversation took place, according to the Kremlin, on the initiative of the German side.

"Putin once again noticed that the most important condition to the settlement is the establishment of a direct dialogue between the Kiev authorities, the commissioners of Donetsk and Lugansk, as well as among them in the framework of the contact group ", - is informed in the report.

Previous telephone conversation of 4 leaders, agreed in February, the contract for settlement in the East of Ukraine, was held on 30 April.
