In DND nourish the hope for an early signing of the agreement for the diversion of weapons
The self-proclaimed authorities of Donetsk national Republic will not undertake to predict the timing of the signing of the agreement for the diversion of weapons from the contact line in Donbass, told reporters the Plenipotentiary representative of the DND in the contact group talks in Minsk Denis Putilin.

"I'm not going to predict the date of signing, because we're dealing with Ukraine," - said Pushilin, noting that the DNR hopeful that an agreement on the withdrawal of equipment will still be signed in the near future and will begin the withdrawal of the guns.

On Tuesday, the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that after a few days in the Donbas has an obligation to begin disposal of heavy weapons, about which the parties have agreed in Minsk at the meeting of the trilateral contact group. He also said that he told the representatives of Kiev in the tripartite contact group to immediately sign a Treaty creating a 30-kilometer buffer zone, withdrawal of tanks and mortars.

"He said about the document that had been agreed the day before in Minsk and the possibility of signing which arose due to our initiatives for discharging the guns with a caliber of 100 millimeters for 3 miles without co-operation from our side. This was the main reason why Poroshenko took the initiative. Up until about three months there was a discussion, and in the last moment, when we could sign the contract, Ukraine has found an excuse, " said Pushilin.

The military operation against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat of residents of Donbas lasts more than a year. At the talks on February 12 were achieved consensus on stopping the fire, the withdrawal of heavy weapons, introduction to the Constitution of Ukraine changes on decentralization of Power and the consolidation of special status of separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions ".
