Media: the Russian embargo farmers in France is a loss of 20 cents per kilogram
Alexander Shishlo. Russian food embargo costs the pork producers from France the loss of 20 cents for one kilogram of product, said the head of the French Federation of pig producers Paul Ofra.

"It is estimated that the embargo on French farmers 20 cents per kilogram," writes Belgian broadcaster RTBF.

According to OPRA, the Russian embargo resulted in a decrease in pork prices in the European market. In addition, French producers, first also exported to the Russian Federation pork tripe, now needs to sell them in Asia, e.g., China - at lower prices.

Relations between Russia and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July, the EU and the US from point penalties against private individuals and organizations have moved to the measures against entire sectors of Russia's economy. In response, Russia restricted imports of food items from countries that have entered against her punishment: USA, EU, Canada, Australia and Norway.
