According to him, the document was sent to the Turkish side a few weeks ago.

With all of this was originally planned to sign a comprehensive document on all 4 threads of the pipeline. However after the intergovernmental meeting in Baku this categorically refused.

"We are ready to go in stages... the Russian side has made its own proposals in the form that we have prepared an agreement on one thread, at first. To ensure that the second-fourth thread is already a separate intergovernmental agreement," said an anonymous source in the Ministry of energy.

Earlier Dmitry Medvedev said that "Turkish stream" fully meets the interests of Russia and Turkey. With all this, there is every reason to conclude the construction of the pipeline in time.

"Turkish stream" has a capacity of 63 billion cubic meters of gas per year. His route, the length of which is about 1100 km, runs along the bottom of the Black sea. The pipeline will consist of 4 strands. Interest in it was expressed among other things, Hungary, Greece, Macedonia and Serbia.
