"Developing a new state program for 5 years, starting in 2016. The amount of payment is expected at around 30 trillion rubles, " - said Chernikov at the meeting of the Board of the division.

He explained that among the main directions of the state program will be social protection of residents who received damage areas - benefits and compensation, free meals for schoolchildren.
