Putin regrets the Dutch position on MH17 The Russian President believes that the establishment of the Tribunal at the crash site of MH17 is meaningless. Vladimir Putin expressed regret that many countries support the creation of this legal body.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in conversation with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands mark rutte discussed the issues related to the investigation of the crash of Malaysia Airlines on the terrain of Ukraine in early July 2014. During a telephone conversation that occurred on the initiative of the Dutch party, Russian favorite stressed that the establishment of the Tribunal at the crash site of MH17 is meaningless.

Among other things the head of state was informed that the investigation into the crash as before there are a lot of questions. "There are still many questions to investigate, even to the collected irrefutable basis and in connection with the prevention of Russia to a significant participation in its implementation", - quotes Putin's Kremlin website.

Together with this also the view was expressed that the resolution of Russia on MH17 aimed at facilitating the tasks outlined in resolution 2166. Besides Putin has expressed remorse due to the fact that this compromise draft was not supported by member States, advocating for the creation of the international court of justice at the crash site of a Malaysia Airlines plane.

Remember, Russia submitted to the UN Security Council a draft resolution on the investigation of the root causes of the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing MH17. Among other international representatives to discuss the establishment of the Tribunal. Besides, Russia's permanent representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin declared that our nation will veto the Security Council resolution on the establishment of such a judicial body for the crash on Ukraine.

Recall, July 17, 2014 in the Donetsk region crashed Boeing 777 Malaysia Airlines. The Board was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. The result of the crash killed all 298 people aboard.
