the head of Ministers of the EU on 22 June, has extended economic sanctions against Russia until 31 January 2016, approving appropriate amendments to the EU decision on sectoral restrictive measures concerning Russia. The decision came into force on 23 June.

"The candidate countries (EU - ed.) Montenegro and Albania, as well as members of the European free trade Association Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, members of the European economic area, as well as Ukraine align themselves with this statement.
