Analyst: the West is ready to abandon Ukraine for support from Russia
In recent weeks, European and American leaders actively tried to reach an agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin, writes political reporter Brian Whitmore.

"Washington and Brussels have the opportunity to withdraw from the Ukraine to get the support of the Russian capital and close issues on Iran's nuclear program. In addition, the U.S. needs the assistance of the Russian capital in order to provide controlled, accurate and correlated the departure from power of Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad, " says the Analyst.

in his vision, a kind of "secret agreements" between Moscow and Washington emphasizes rare in the current geopolitical situation praise from the White House to Russia for participation in the negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program.

Brian Whitmore also drew attention to the visit of U.S. assistant Secretary of state Victoria Nuland in Kiev, where she urged the Ukrainian Parliament to amend the Constitution amendments relating to the provision of special status regions of Donbass.

The analyst believes that according to the draft of constitutional reforms proposed by the United States, Ukraine must go through the process of federalization. After the adoption of the law of planned development of three-tier management system - municipal, district and regional. The Federal government will be represented at every level officials from Kiev, appointed by presidential decree. Similar suggestions Kiev had regarded as unacceptable, but next autumn, according to Whitmore, the situation may change.
