The U.S. has an opportunity to mitigate the punishment relative to Russia in the case of "full implementation" of the Minsk agreement on Ukraine, confirmed on the last working day of the week the official authorized state Department mark Toner.

"We was made very clear on this issue. We wish that Russia and the separatists it supports, has fully complied with the Minsk agreement. Then We can talk about mitigation of punishment, " said Toner.

Ukrainian authorities and Western Countries have repeatedly accused the Russian Federation of interfering in Ukraine's internal Affairs. Russia denies it and calls such accusations are unacceptable. Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to domestic conflict and is not privy to the events in the South-East, and is interested in Ukraine overcame political and economic crisis.
