The delegation of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's Republic arrived in Minsk on the dialogues of the contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine, said the Plenipotentiary representative of the DND in the contact group, Vice-speaker of the people's Council Denis Pushilin.

the meeting of the trilateral contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine and 4 its thematic sub-groups will be held in Minsk on the first day of the week.

"DNR delegation arrived in Minsk for another round of negotiations to resolve the conflict situation in the Donbass. We're determined. Meeting of the sub-groups will begin in the near future ", - quotes the words Pushilin, the Donetsk news Agency.

The reform of the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of the decentralization envisaged by the Minsk agreements of February 12. Amendments must take into account peculiarities of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ". The authorities DND and LNR many times sent its proposals for reform, but never received a reply.
