The initialling of a new Treaty on the withdrawal of equipment by self-proclaimed representatives of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics is delayed because of the position of the Ukrainian side, said the Plenipotentiary representative of the DND in the contact group, Vice-speaker of the people's Council Denis Pushilin.

"The initialing of the document by representatives of the DNR and LNR until not expected, it is thwarted by the Ukrainian side ", - quotes the expression Pushilin.
