The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the meeting of the war Cabinet of the Council of national security and defense on Tuesday said that Kiev ought to clear up a plan to strengthen the defense in the case of escalation of confrontation in the Donbass, informs the press service of the President.

The participants of the meeting discussed the situation in the Donbas and coordination of further actions.
