"Self-help" will participate (in the elections) in all regions of Ukraine, however, not in all cities. In those cities where we have strong teams in those cities where teams are willing to take on their own shoulders the responsibility for the development of society, in the cities of "Self-help" will definitely nominate their commissioners, " said Lavrik.

regarding the procedure for the nomination of candidates, he said that in local elections the decision of the local party branches. As stated by Lavrik, in late summer - early fall are required to be held by the conference of local Communist cells, which will make such decisions.

Lavrik noticed that when forming lists of "Self-help" does not include the people who already had been the people's elected representatives of the district, city or regional councils.

The party "unity of" Self-help " was registered in 2012, its leader is the Mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovyi. The party was held in the Ukrainian Parliament in early elections in the autumn of 2014, however, the Garden has decided to remain on a post of the mayor of Lviv. The Commissioner of the party Oksana Syroid is the Vice-speaker of the current Parliament, the party in Parliament in the ruling coalition.

The first Parliament of Ukraine adopted the law that defines the rules for local elections. Now the oblast, city and district councils will be elected by proportional representation with the so-called open lists, and the election of people's deputies of village and settlement councils - the majority system of relative majority.
