"The only way forward is to de-escalation and providing real OSCE monitoring functions, and not burning their cars," - said Klimkin on Wednesday at a joint press conference with foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei.

Klimkin also said that holding fair elections is the way towards stabilizing the situation in the Donbass.
