Poroshenko made a proposal to make OUGA in Kiev-controlled areas
The head of Lugansk regional civil-military administration (OVGA) Georgy Tuka appealed to the President of Ukraine with a proposal of creating such structures in all districts of the region to Kiev-controlled territory, and likewise in the cities of Lysychansk and Rubizhne, said the press service of the Luhansk OUGA.
"Analysis of the socio-political situation in the region, for example, in nine districts, controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, in Lysychansk and Rubizhne gives reason to put proposals on establishing a military-civilian administrations ", - reported in the statement tuks to Poroshenko, reports the news Agency.
He suggested to make the district civil-military administration: Belovodsk, Belokurakino, Kremen, Markov, Malawska, new Pskov, Svatovo, Starobelsk, Trinity and city and Rubezhnoye Lisichansk together with satellite cities Novodruzhesk and expanse. According to experts, the development of new military-civilian administrations will become a barrier for local elections in Ukraine on 25 October. So, on July 27, the Head of Lugansk regional civil-military administration Georgy Tuka said that elections to local authorities in Luhansk region should not be implemented because among the local citizens, many supporters of the militia. However, the head of the Central election Commission (CEC) Mykhailo Okhendovsky convinced that local elections must hold in Kiev-controlled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. The Okhendovsky said that discrimination against Residents on the basis of place of residence is prohibited by the Constitution, and the limitation of the right of local communities to local government without sufficient grounds is unacceptable.
