Poll: overwhelming majority of Crimeans do not collide with national conflicts
The overwhelming majority of Crimean residents (79%) and Sevastopol (74%) believe that in these regions there is no contradiction or conflict between Crimean Tatars and people of other nationalities who demonstrate the results sociologicheskogo research Fund "Public opinion" (FOM).

Crimea became a Russian region after the March 2014 referendum in which a Large number of residents, do not recognise the legitimacy of the February coup in Ukraine, voted for joining the Russian Federation.

according to sociologists, 72% and 79% of the Crimeans and Sevastopol residents identified themselves as Russian, 14% Ukrainians, 8% and 1% respectively - to the Tatars.

Crimeans aged 18-30 years more often others (19%) said that conflicts between Tatars and other nationalities exist. For comparison: among respondents aged 31-45 years 8% consider.

The telephone survey POF was held July 21-27 among 1126 respondents in Crimea and 580 respondents in Sevastopol.
