The Minsk agreement on ceasefire in Ukraine is still not fully complied with, said on the first day of the week the head of the French Republic Francois Hollande.

"currently we have only one rule - observance of the Minsk agreements. In regard to the ceasefire - they still have not been fully respected, " said Hollande.
