Aksakov: Russia should not write off the debts of Ukraine
Head of economic Department of the state Duma Anatoly Aksakov (CP) believes that Russia is useful for solving internal issues provided to Kiev in debt of $ 3 billion, for this reason, Moscow undoubtedly need to collect debts from Ukraine and not to give up even 20% if it is impossible to compensate for these losses.

on Thursday Ukraine appealed to the Russian side with a request to adopt the rules of debt relief from other creditors. Kiev agreed with major creditors to write off 20% of the nominal debt. Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that the Russian Federation will not participate in the debt restructuring Ukraine.

"We the 3 billion dollars that Ukraine will allow you to solve certain problems, and social problems. For this reason, if you are able to take these 3 billion, it means we must take fully. But if you are able to compensate for these losses, 20%, and in other ways, it would have had the opportunity to negotiate and set their own rules, " - said Aksakov Fins news .
