Russia plans to spend $ 3 billion, which wants Ukraine to the beginning of winter, on infrastructure development, said the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.

"We need to develop our economy, We must invest in infrastructure, for this reason a refund, we must receive at the end of the current year, these funds will be used for infrastructure development of the Russian economy in the next few years," Siluanov said in the conversation.

He noticed that, on this basis, Russia will insist on the inviolability of agreements with Ukraine regarding the return of funds of the national welfare Fund invested in Ukrainian securities.
