Lyashko: "Radical party" blocked the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
People's deputies of the Radical party blocked the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada before the extraordinary session on which Deputies intend to consider the adoption of amendments to the Constitution to decentralize power, said the leader of the party Oleg Lyashko.

"We currently blocked the Presidium of the Parliament," wrote Lyashko in private.

The Ukrainian Parliament on the first day of the week will gather for a special meeting at which plans to adopt the first reading of constitutional clarification regarding the decentralization of power. Country representative (the prefect) is a person who is appointed and dismissed by the President upon the recommendation of the government. In addition, according to the amendments, the President is entitled to terminate the range of capabilities of local authorities (mayors and municipal, district and regional councils) with the possibility of direct presidential appointment of the Board through the Commissioner for a period of one year.
