The Ukrainian crisis has exacerbated the problem in relations between Russia and the European Union, the Political part of the Minsk agreements is not working, said Russia's envoy to the EU Vladimir Chizhov.
"Constitutional amendments were proposed by the President without consultation (self-proclaimed leadership of Donetsk and Lugansk republics), as was envisaged by the Minsk agreements. The political part of the Minsk agreement, unfortunately, it is not implemented because it provides the law on the special status, which must come to a common opinion of the government of Ukraine and government of these 2 areas, - said Chizhov, speaking in the debate on relations between Russia and the EU at the European forum Alpbach.
