The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said at a meeting with the special representative of the OSCE Martin Sajdik that Donetsk and Lugansk are obliged to dispense with the holding of local elections and tried to convince them to immediately begin discussions on the modalities of their conduct according to the Ukrainian laws.
