The Ukrainian Parliament ratified the agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and government of Japan concerning the granting of credit to Kiev for the project for improvement of Bortnychi aeration plant in Kiev.

Such a decision at the meeting on Wednesday supported 265 parliamentarians with the necessary minimum of 226 votes.

the contract of loan to Ukraine in the amount of about 900 million dollars was signed on the sixth of June this year, during the first official visit of Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe.

According to the head of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine Natalia Jaresko, a contract was signed for 40 years, including ten years grace period at 0, 1% per annum. The project contractor and subcontractor Company " Kyivvodokanal ".
