Fitch downgraded the chart of Kiev to pre-default level " C "

MOSCOW, 2 Sep - RIA Novosti/Prime. International rating Agency Fitch downgraded the credit chart in foreign currency of the city of Kiev on the same level with " SS "to pre-default level" C ", follows from the message Fitch.
