Russia banned products from Bulgaria The Rosselkhoznadzor took a decision to prohibit the importation into the area of any regulated products, accompanied Bulgarian phytosanitary certificates. The ban came into force on 1 September 2015.

The Bulgarian Agency for food safety sent to domestic employees the message in which he announced the recognition of all fake phytosanitary certificates are issued by the Bulgarian party on created for Russian products. Therefore, all coming from Bulgaria products are not provided with relevant documents.

"The Rosselkhoznadzor made a decision to ban from 1 September 2015 entry into the area of the Russian Federation of any regulated products, accompanied Bulgarian phytosanitary certificates", says the news Agency. How long will this restriction is not yet known.

The Ministry recalled that on April 25 in addition acted a ban on the import into the area of Russia regulated products in support of the Bulgarian re-export phytosanitary certificates. Then a similar decision was associated with the detection channel of illegal re-export of supplies are prohibited to import products.

Note that this prohibition extends to those products that are not included in the list of Russian food embargo. Bulgaria, together with other EU member States has come under domestic restrictive measures. In addition, it is about re-exports, i.e. about resale of the products which were produced outside of Bulgaria.
