Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin September 3, held a meeting on combating violations of the rights of the civilian population of the South-East of Ukraine in the course of passing there armed incident.

Besides all this, was published the text of a report on the results of investigation of criminal cases related to the application are not permitted in the means and methods of warfare.

In the meeting held on 3 September, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin took part the employees of the UK, members of the Public Council of the Investigative Committee of Russia, President of the interregional public organization "Famous generals and admirals of the Fatherland" Alexander Sukharev, as well as the adepts of the public and the media. During the meeting included the results of work of the Directorate for investigation of criminal cases about the crimes connected with application is not allowed the means and methods of warfare.

For example, on the basis of the acquired evidence, criminal proceedings are instituted against 30 persons, is reported on the website of the Investigative Committee. Among them are actively working in the information space commanders of the Ukrainian nationalist battalions "Aidar", "Donbass" and "Dnepr", and even political figures - the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and former Governor of Dnepropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoisky.

They are suspected of committing offences under articles "Murder", "Use not permitted in the means and methods of warfare" and "Genocide" of the Russian Criminal code. Besides all this, it is established that the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, among other things, can use received on the ground of the RF revenue to Finance military operations in the South-East of Ukraine.

In this regard, the Basmanny district court has put an arrest on their own office space CJSC "Elite-holding", whose co-founder he is considered to be. For the same reason, there was obtained a court decision on the seizure of 71 property Kolomoisky and his companies on the ground in Crimea and Sevastopol.

Against 10 suspects had been remanded in custody. For the rest, the interior Ministry continues to work on gathering the evidence needed for their announcement in the international search. Then, because the majority of defendants in criminal cases are present on the terrain of Ukraine, the investigators will take immediate steps to arrest in absentia.
